About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager (OPS) – Security to lead service delivery and ensure client satisfaction across multiple security contracts in Gauteng. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, managing teams, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supervising staff, managing resources, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving both safety and operational performance. Make your mark where leadership meets security service delivery in a company committed to excellence. (Own vehicle and valid license) & PSIRA GrA certified.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing

• Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction
• Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers
• Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
• Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery
• Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement
• Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance
• Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development
• Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning
• Identify opportunities to grow services and improve client relationships

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations management
• Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• No criminal record
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
• Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach
• Relevant management qualification advantageous
