POSITION INFO:

Our client has an extensive portfolio that includes retail, corporate buildings and large distribution centres. The strategy of the Group is to start building energy-efficient buildings using systems that will result in cost-saving to tenants. This includes all renewable energy sources, such as solar, biomass, hydroelectricity, geothermal, and wind energies.

The ideal profile of the candidate is a person who has a flair for innovation, blue-sky thinking and has the ability and proven success in building and managing a team that will roll out, maintain and monitor renewable energy projects in the group.

As an innovator in this space, you will be required to assess each site and propose a strategy, budget and feasibility for the individual properties and the portfolio as a whole. Essential that you have the ability to present your findings in a financial model and willingness to travel into Africa. A minimum of 3 years plus experience in rolling out similar projects in renewable energy will be critical to your success.
