POSITION INFO:
Responsilities: 1. Strategic Leadership Define and implement the company''''''''s business strategy. Develop growth plans for sales, market expansion, and product portfolios. Align sales, production, supply chain, and support functions around common business objectives. Drive business development and long-term competitiveness. 2. Profit & Loss (P&L) Responsibility Own the overall financial performance of the business. Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, EBIT, cash flow, and profitability targets. Approve budgets, forecasts, and major investments. Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where required. 3. Sales and Customer Management Lead commercial activities to achieve sales growth. Oversee key customer relationships and strategic accounts. Ensure accurate market analysis and business forecasting. Drive customer satisfaction and customer retention. Support negotiations for major contracts and commercial agreements. 4. Production and Operational Excellence Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Deliver production targets relating to quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. Optimize capacity utilization, inventory levels, and operational processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs. Ensure production supports customer demand and sales commitments. 5. Supply Chain and Quality Management Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain performance. Ensure supplier reliability and continuity of supply. Maintain high quality standards and compliance with customer requirements. Drive improvements in delivery performance and product quality. 6. People and Organizational Leadership Lead and develop the management team. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Ensure effective performance management across the organization. Foster employee engagement and positive labor relations. 7. Governance, Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, corporate, and ethical requirements. Manage business risks and internal controls. Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Ensure proper governance and decision-making processes are followed. 8. Stakeholder Management Represent the company with customers, shareholders, unions, government authorities, and industry bodies. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate business performance, strategy, risks, and opportunities effectively.
