Managing Director. RNeg. Johannesburg. International Co. Proven track record of managing a successful operation in the technical/industrial space. Hands on with strong sales and strategic planning skills. Able to demonstrate success while driving team performance, monitoring results and allocating resources appropriately. Able to drive an environment of continuous improvement whilst meeting targets. Strong HR experience with ability to problem solve, collaborate and think critically. Results driven with strong time management and people skills. Approachable with ability to mentor and lead whilst driving employee actions by example. Able to drive values, vision and company goals and execute change as required. Strong financial and reporting skills. Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with the international parent company.
