Our client is an established General Engineering Operation who aspires to be a leading contract Manufacturer and Provider of Fabrication, Machining, Assembly and Repair services to all industries in South Africa and abroad. They are looking for a Leader to expand their customer base and industries to grow volumes, better utilize the existing capacity, generate employment, and become a sustainable player in the metals and manufacturing sector.

Education (Minimum)

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum)

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum:
Experience

10+ years’ experience in business management, engineering, plant management and people management at a senior level.
Has experience to create business vision and can operate at strategic and operational levels
A proven record of business improvement and a history and ability to improve customer service, financial returns, and operational excellence.
Has solid experience in People leadership and management at all levels.
Experience in Facilities Management and Plant Operations.
Experience in Mining
