Our client is an established General Engineering Operation who aspires to be a leading contract Manufacturer and Provider of Fabrication, Machining, Assembly and Repair services to all industries in South Africa and abroad. They are looking for a Leader to expand their customer base and industries to grow volumes, better utilize the existing capacity, generate employment, and become a sustainable player in the metals and manufacturing sector.

Education (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Minimum)

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum:
Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in business management, engineering, plant management and people management at a senior level.
• Has experience to create business vision and can operate at strategic and operational levels
• A proven record of business improvement and a history and ability to improve customer service, financial returns, and operational excellence.
• Has solid experience in People leadership and management at all levels.
• Experience in Facilities Management and Plant Operations.
• Experience in Mining
