POSITION INFO:

You will take over the reins from the outgoing MD of this successful and expanding company. A privately-owned Design and Manufacturing concern with a full order book and Big Dreams.

Reporting into the Board, you will have a small EXCO team and an overall staff complement of 250 people reporting to you.

We''re looking for:

A Business Management Degree / Qualification
A Minimum of 10 years experience in leading a Manufacturing Company / Division with a turnover of +/ R200 Million. Ideally in Mechanical Product Manufacturing, supplying the Automotive and Industrial Markets.

Even though this is a Technical Environment, your success in this role will come from your strength on the Strategic and Commercial side of the business, handling high-level Business Development, Contract Negotiations and overall Profitability.
