POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Financial Manager, gaining exposure to both financial and operational strategy.
• Own the numbers, prepare and present monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Turn data into insights that actually influence business decisions.
• Dive into balance sheet reviews, spot trends, and solve problems that matter.
• Help strengthen controls and keep the business sharp, compliant, and future-ready.
• Be part of continuous improvement, identify gaps and help optimise processes.
• Analyse performance, profitability, and costs to unlock value across the business.
• Get involved in exciting projects, from CAPEX planning to feasibility studies.
• Contribute to sustainability and forward-thinking business initiatives.

• BCom in Finance or Accounting.
• Around 5 years’ experience in Management Accounting.
• Strong understanding of hospitality finance principles.
• Knowledge of IFRS, tax, and the Companies Act.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Strong commercial mindset, able to connect numbers to real-world impact.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Open to travel when needed.
