Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Develop and enhance data-driven reporting and financial analytics capabilities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and financial alignment. Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function. Assist in the implementation and integration of AI and advanced analytical tools within financial processes and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is essential. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience. Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting. Exposure to environmental, sustainability, or related sectors will be advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and innovation-focused environment. Strong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
