Mandarin Human Resource Manager

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and employee induction. Prepare and manage employment contracts, probation reviews, confirmations and employee exits. Ensure compliance with all applicable South African labour legislation, including company HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations, disciplinary hearings, grievances, misconduct investigations and performance-related matters. Represent or assist the company in CCMA and other labour-related proceedings when required. Oversee employee leave, attendance, personnel records and HR administration. Coordinate payroll-related HR information, employee benefits and remuneration changes. Provide HR advice and guidance to local and international management on employment matters and HR risks. Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and best practices. Ensure compliance with Employment Equity, BCEA, LRA and all relevant labour legislation. Support organisational development, employee engagement and performance management initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reporting.
