ð Location: Johannesburg West
ð° Salary: R540 000 – R620 000 CTC per annum

We’re searching for a Manufacturing Accountant who’s not just a number cruncher, but a strategic partner to operations — someone who understands the full production cycle and can turn financial data into actionable insights.

POSITION INFO:

ð§ Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Investigating cost variances and ensuring financial data accuracy
Managing and reconciling inventory and stock movement records
Conducting costing analysis and providing insights to production teams
Overseeing VAT calculations and submissions to SARS
Assisting with tax submissions (annual & provisional)
Posting journals, accruals, and performing month-end processing on Sage Evolution
Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
Upholding internal controls and audit readiness

ð§ What We’re Looking For:

BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing finance environment
Strong knowledge of Sage Evolution
Proven experience in management accounting — budgeting, cost control, variance analysis
In-depth understanding of VAT, tax compliance, and SARS processes
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
