Qualifications

Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualification - Degree, Certificate or Diploma

Requirements

5 - 10 years experience in technical / engineering industry
Excellent leadership skills
Experience in Production / Manufacturing at management level
Working knowledge of machines
Excellent problem solving skills
Proven ability to meet production schedules and targets
Be willing to take responsibility and initiative

Duties

Responsible for all Manufacturing and Operational activities in the factory
Preparing, executing and managing production and stock schedules
Monitoring and ensuring compliance
Managing and maintaining quality of material
Resolving machine down - time through risk evaluation, daily inspections and task prioritization
Various other Managerial tasks and responsibilities.
