SUMMARY:
An exciting, yet challenging role exists for a well seasoned Manufacturing Manager. Our client is looking for a hands on, well rounded engineer with a proven track record managing a manufacturing plant.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Relevant Engineering Degree
Post Graduate - highly advantageous

Skills:

5 years senior management experience
10years + working experience
Continuous Improvement

Job description:

Strategic decision making and roll-out of initiatives throught the plant
Oversee day to day running of the plant and its divisions
Ensuring quality production
Adherence to health and safety protocols
Oversight of maintenance
Managing and mentoring staff
Continuos improvement and initiatives
