Market Access Product Specialist - Aesthetics

SUMMARY:
Leading supplier of medical / surgical products requires a Product Specialist to join their team. Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in Aesthetic technology sales or marketing, medical device sales, clinical support and market access or product management.

POSITION INFO:
This role is responsible for providing clinical and technical expertise, supporting market access initiatives, working closely with sales, regulatory, commercial, and funder stakeholders to ensure optimal product uptake. Sales & Commercial Development Drive sales activity across all customer segments, including clinicians, wholesales, private and public hospital groups, and procurement stakeholders. Engage directly with purchasing committees, formulary decision-makers and key opinion leaders to maximise product adoption. Work closely with the Sales leaders to identify, pursue, and close commercial opportunities. Support pricing proposals, and strategic selling initiatives. Contribute to account planning, sales forecasting, and territory development to ensure sustainable revenue growth. Product & Clinical Expertise Serves as the subject matter expert for clinical products related to Liposuction, Rhytidectomies and the broader aesthetic market. Deliver clinical training, product demonstrations, and educational support to internal teams and customers. Support clinicians in-field with product queries. Facilitate workshops, training events, and clinical education programmes Market Access & Reimbursement Support Assist with coding, reimbursement, and HTA-related submissions for funders and hospital groups, including price file maintenance and implementation. Prepare clinical and technical documentation for product evaluations. Engage with funders, administrators, and managed care organisations to address coding and reimbursement queries. Track market access progress and report on reimbursement barriers. Commercial & Strategic Support Support business plans, pricing structures, and market segmentation projects. Conduct competitor and market landscape analysis. Assist in product launch readiness and development of clinical positioning. Contribute to cross-functional commercial initiatives. Internal Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the Sales Leaders to unlock opportunities and drive product adoption. Collaborate with Regulatory, Finance, Marketing, Training teams, and Customer Services Department. Provide structured monthly reports and insights to management. Support the development of national and regional strategies.
