SUMMARY:
My client, a large Multi-National - is looking for an experienced Market Development Manager to take the lead in research and developing market strategies to manage projects that aim to increase production and sales of exported products into the South African Market and International markets. Must have completed Bachelors Degree (B.Engineering or BSc / Metallurgy / Mechanical /Industrial/Chemical Engineering or Sales or Marketing).

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Market Growth and Projects - identify, develop and manage projects to increase stainless steel consumption locally and globally
Market Research on competing products
Developing strategies to enter new markets
Market Intelligence - Conduct research, obtain and keep marketing information on existing and new developments
Analyze market trends & assess customer needs
Liaison/Coordination between departments- on project related orders and for product development

Travel both domestically and internationally as required
