Duties: Formulate, understand, and execute key financial principles including P&L management, ROI calculations, and pricing strategies. Take full P&L ownership for assigned brands, ensuring revenue, margin, and profit targets are met. Drive margin management through strategic pricing, cost control, and portfolio optimization. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. Manage a portfolio of categories, balancing resources to maximize business growth. Develop and implement brand strategies related to positioning, pricing, innovation, and activation. Lead portfolio mix decisions to optimize between premium, mainstream, and entry-level offerings. Translate consumer insights and market analysis into actionable brand strategies. Anticipate trends and competitive movements to maintain category leadership. Identify and deliver insights-driven innovation to grow volume, value, and profit. Oversee innovation P&L, ensuring successful product launches from concept to market. Coordinate demand forecasting, media planning, and marketing investments. Track brand health, market share, and profitability to meet KPIs. Guide creative agency collaborations on communication strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams including sourcing, supply chain, and sales to align objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Over 5 years of brand management experience within consumer goods. Strong financial analysis skills. Proven development and management capabilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on innovation and portfolio management. Excellent management and leadership skills.
