POSITION INFO:
The Brand Manager is the strategic and commercial owner of an assigned portfolio of OTX brands, accountable for the overall success and sustainable growth of each brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand strategies across prescription (Rx), pharmacy (OTC) and consumer channels to maximise market share, profitability and long-term brand equity. Working closely with specialist Centres of Excellence—including Consumer Marketing, Digital Experience & Analytics, Medical, Sales and Regulatory—the Brand Manager leads cross-functional execution while retaining full accountability for brand performance, financial outcomes and strategic direction. Brand Strategy & Commercial Leadership Business & Financial Performance Integrated Marketing Leadership Prescription (Rx) Strategy Consumer Strategy Pharmacy Strategy Cross-Functional Leadership Product Launches & Innovation Market Intelligence Compliance & Governance Education Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Business. Postgraduate Marketing qualification advantageous. Experience 5+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare Brand Management. Proven experience managing both Rx and OTC brands. Demonstrated success in brand growth and product launches. Strong commercial and financial acumen.
