SUMMARY:
Are you a Market Risk expert with a passion for financial markets and technology? We’re looking for a Market Risk Specialist to drive innovation and efficiency across Markets, Banking, and Treasury business units.

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of trading, risk, and technology, ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management from Pricing to Settlement. You’ll collaborate with traders, risk managers, and technical teams to enhance risk processes, resolve critical incidents, and deliver solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse processes, gather requirements, and propose risk solutions
Configure and enhance risk systems to meet business needs
Perform risk, PnL, and pricing analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements
Provide training and support for end-users
Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations
Stay updated on market developments and ensure compliance
Manage workflow and contribute to team collaboration

Job Experience and Skills Required:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong functional knowledge of Capital Markets, trade lifecycle, and risk management systems. If you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3+ years’ experience implementing and supporting Financial Markets systems
Expertise in risk analysis, PnL, pricing templates, and market risk frameworks
Familiarity with Agile Scrum and financial asset classes like derivatives, interest rates, and fixed income
