Position: Marketing & Brand Manager
Location: Port Elizabeth
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the national marketing function of a well-established real estate brand. This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand positioning and supporting a nationwide franchise network with cohesive, high-impact marketing at both national and local levels.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant marketing qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role—preferably within a franchise or multi-branch environment. A solid background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution is essential.
This position works closely with a creative agency, public relations firm, and in-house digital marketing staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
Campaign Execution & Agency Collaboration

Manage relationships with external marketing and PR agencies to deliver integrated, effective campaigns.

Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and internal approval processes.
Digital Marketing & Social Media

Direct all digital marketing activities including content planning, social media strategy, and analytics.

Continuously optimise digital engagement and follower growth across key platforms.
Lead Generation & Website Performance

Increase qualified traffic to the company’s website and franchise-specific landing pages.

Enhance lead generation performance for both property sales and rentals.

Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance indicators.
Franchise Marketing Support

Provide franchisees with marketing toolkits, templates, and strategic guidance.

Support the localisation of national campaigns and offer hands-on assistance with regional initiatives.
Internal Communication & Brand Advocacy
