SUMMARY:
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing and product coordination? Our client in retail is looking for a Marketing & Product Co-ordinator to join their dynamic Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Coordination

Assist with planning and executing monthly catalogues and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, supplier communication, and marketing documentation.
Liaise with designers, printers, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate product photography and campaign assets.

Product Administration & Coordination

Support product launches from briefing to implementation.
Assist with artwork, packaging updates, barcode verification, and filing.
Coordinate training materials and product support content.
Maintain accurate product information across marketing platforms.

Marketing Administration

Coordinate monthly marketing support materials.
Maintain marketing records, files, and documentation.

Supplier & Project Administration

Process quotations, purchase orders, and payment requests.
Assist with supplier coordination and project administration.
Ensure accurate processing of marketing expenses and documentation.

POSITION INFO:
