Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube Plan, schedule, and manage social media calendars Track social media trends to increase engagement and brand awareness Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads Create compelling copy, graphics, videos, and promotional materials Engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics Work with sales, customer service, and management to ensure brand consistency Assist with event marketing, promotions, and PR initiatives Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
