The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an expansive marketing function, including understanding of & exposure to: communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media.

The Marketing Coordinator must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key function: Support and structure
Someone who is flexible and can run with things and work independently and make things happen.
A human who can hit the ground running and ensure there is structure.
Project Management (to keep suppliers on their toes and make sure deadlines are met)
Will work hand in hand with colleague/freelancer for client project
Help strategise and implement the marketing, branding and advertising plans
From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.

Comfortable to project plan, organise, schedule, consider, chase, debate and elaborate all whilst getting things done.

Do the glamorous and exciting but also to do whatever needs doing! Run an errand, make a call, make the tea, offer a beverage, send follow up messages and calls- anything as needed (from time to time things outside of what you consider ‘Marketing’) all to get the job done, and done well!

This is a hybrid role filled with excitement but underpinned by hard work and the need for exceptional ability to multi task whilst successfully managing deadlines.

Prepare for weekly status meetings with clients/suppliers
Build relationships with clients and co-ordinate with suppliers
Set up meetings with new prospects and source prospects
Plan and manage meetings, manage events, timelines and deliverables

Ideal experience:

Workflow or Project management using a PM tool
Newsletters and Email communication through Mailchimp, coordinate mailing lists
Research (Content, Case Studies, Industry trends)
Preparation of Draft Proposals for New Business
Contribute towards content creation and distribution
Creation and management of a content calendar
Ability to propose and pull reports

Skills:

Digital Marketing, content marketing and social media marketing (would be great if you have experience/background in Advertising/Marketing
Familiar with all of the social media platforms as well as YouTube, Google my Business
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
- Familiar with MS Teams and Zoom (Set up Webinars and Meetings)
