JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established LAW FIRM in Cape Town CBD has a vacancy for a MARKETING COORDINATOR / PRO preferable in similar role in a law firm of any other professional service environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 certificate/ Matric (essential)
Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Public Relations (essential)
Training course in Design and Creative (desirable)
Adept in various computer systems ie Microsoft Platforms (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word), Publisher, Helios – Open CMS, Hootsuite, SharePoint, ClickDimensions,
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM; or any other publishing or creative software programmes
Must have a good understanding and working knowledge of the marketing field
CRM - Client Relationship Management (Liaison with Real Estate Agencies and Banks)
Webinars / Events
Campaign Management
Client Newsletter
Website Management
Listings and Subscriptions
Social Media Management, and e-marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
