Job description:

Our Client in Cape Town is currently recruiting for Marketing Designer to produce and oversee design and layout of documents to
address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience working on design jobs from conception to production.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all business communication tools are aligned to the Corporate Identity
• Design and layout of: Adverts, invites, digital banners, icons, forms etc.
• Conceptualising visual elements for events
• Sourcing and editing of all imagery used across the group.
• Editing documents & presentations (working in Word and PowerPoint)
• Creating website elements e.g. image optimisation, image scaling, icons, buttons
• Project coordination and approval for various online systems

Minimum requirements:

• Completed national certificate relevant to Design
• Must have experience working in the Adobe Suite
• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably within the financial services industry
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
