Marketing Graduate

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: MARKETING

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Along with the core function of the role below. The graduate will be accountable for project ownership and overcoming business challenges related to Marketing’s objectives. Additionally, to gain broader insight into the Clover business, graduates will job rotate within Marketing that has a close link to the role. This will provide graduated with the opportunity to work with related departments and associated teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implementation

• Design and present new brand ideas.
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
• Perform day-to-day tasks in support of 360 marketing campaigns and brand requirements execution
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations
  • Implement promotional plans together with key stakeholders
  • Assist with the planning and hosting of marketing events

Analysis and Reporting

• Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Review monthly Nielsen reports & understand brand share / position / competitors and terminology
• Management and reporting on brand budgets and expenditure
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Monitoring of daily volumes, OFR and short supplies
• Understanding of P&L and financial position of the brands - Terminology and monthly PnL review

Administration

• Performing admin tasks such as data entry, research, scheduling meetings and tasks, and other ad hoc tasks within the Marketing team
• Approving invoices, updating the trackers, raising purchase orders, coordinating PO issues/requests with the marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management Honours
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy
