Educational Background & Experience
• Marketing: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; short courses or certifications in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, or Marketing Automation (Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Academy, Google Digital Skills)
• Design: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Multimedia; portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma (portfolio demonstrating design capabilities is a MUST)
• 1-4 years’ relevant work or internship experience in marketing or design
• Industry background: Agency, Corporate Marketing, FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Start-ups
• Core skills: Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability
• Familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and design/motion basics
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new technologies
