POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Brand Management: Strengthen the brand presence in the South African market through innovative campaigns and storytelling.
• Product Marketing: Oversee product positioning, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and customer engagement.
• Retail & Digital Marketing: Drive in-store marketing, digital campaigns, and e-commerce strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
• Customer Insights & Analytics: Use data and market research to drive decision-making and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Advertising & Media Management: Develop and manage advertising strategies across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

• 5+ years’ experience in a global FMCG business, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics is a plus.
• Strong digital marketing and e-commerce experience.
• A creative, strategic thinker who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a strong commercial mindset.
