SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead the full spectrum of marketing and PR functions for our client's property. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled marketer to shape the property's brand, drive awareness, and support business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels.
• Manage all aspects of public relations, digital communication, and social media presence.
• Oversee the hotel’s online reputation, content creation, and brand consistency.
• Drive marketing initiatives aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and deliver detailed marketing reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operational teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar marketing role within the hospitality industry (hotel or resort experience essential).
• Proven ability in PR, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Confident in managing budgets and working cross-functionally.
• South African citizens only.
