SUMMARY:
Challenging opportunity exists with a well-established medium sized, entrepreneurial FMCG company for an experienced Marketing Manager, who is a both a creative problem solver and visionary, excited by growing brands and with a fascination of insights that drive consumer behaviour and spend.

POSITION INFO:

Will suit a strong team player with a proven track record of growing brands and experience managing and collaborating closely with agency partners to deliver on the business objectives which will include budgeting and reporting, brand planning and management, data insights and analysis, and innovation project management.

The successful candidate will have:

Marketing Degree
5 - 10 years experience as a Marketing Manager / Brand Manager preferably in the FMCG sector
Proven track record of growing brands
Budget Management experience and optimisation of spend to maximise ROI
Exposure to Data Analysis Tools such as Temple, Tableau, Nielsen, IRi on web, Spar Insights and Dunnhumby shopper data
Experience managing and collaborating with Brand, Digital and PR agencies
Experience managing social media platforms in conjunction with agency partners preferred
