Marketing Manager required at mining equipment manufacturer. Will manage activities related to both internal and external needs on product branding, trademarks, marketing development, new product launches, website, and portal hosting as well as general marketing services. Mining Industry and blasting technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MARKETING MANAGER

Johannesburg East

Leader in the field of Mining products. Marketing Manager required to manage marketing initiatives, branding, product awareness globally and in the local client base.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Marketing or similar discipline.
6 - 10 years’ experience in the sales and marketing environment.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Advantage if proven skills in global customer liaison (USA, Europe & Australia) an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing , promotional material, and training material.
Develop and sustain website, customer portal, apps. etc.
Manage Trademark registrations and legal aspects regarding brand and product registrations.
Develop editorial content for products to support PR activities Manage all branding aspects
Manage the marketing, advertising, branding and promotional activities budgets
Conduct market research using a variety of techniques, such as surveys, and provide the company with updated market and industry information in terms of size, segments, and application needs.
Monitor effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies
Marketing support to HR with regards to their events and career fairs.
Management of sponsorships pertaining to industry collaborations.
