SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telco sector is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager on a contract duration of 12 months.

POSITION INFO:

Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows and project management processes.
- Familiarity with campaign execution tools such as Pipefy, Ziflow, Adjust, QR Code Monkey.
- Basic knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and finance administration in a marketing context.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in a marketing operations, marketing project coordination, or related administrative role.
- Proven ability to lead supplier coordination and budget tracking.
- Experience with reporting and cross-functional team collaboration.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field.
- Project Management certification (advantageous).
Core Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong reporting capabilities.
- Financial acumen related to cost estimates, invoices, and budgeting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise across departments.
- Ability to work independently and drive accountability in a remote/hybrid setting.
