Position: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Centurion
Salary: R65 000

What you’ll do:

Lead annual category, brand, and product plans to achieve growth and profitability
Plan and execute high-impact campaigns
Oversee New Product Development from idea to launch
Identify new ingredients, packaging, tech, and product concepts
Manage stock planning, forecasting, and product life cycles
Ensure products meet legal, CAMS, and export requirements
Handle costing, supplier partnerships, and negotiations
Drive strong project management and process improvement
Lead and develop the Marketing Operations team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Post–Grade 12 qualification (degree or similar)
5+ years experience in a similar role
FMCG or luxury brand experience
Strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills
Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Excellent computer and ERP skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driver’s licence
