Marketing Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
Johannesburg based company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their fast paced, highly dynamic organisation based in Sandton.

POSITION INFO:
Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the healthcare insurance & financial services Marketing or Distribution divisions
• Demonstrated proficiency in an integrated Marketing & Sales environment
• Experience in social media interactions/activities
• Strong event organising and execution ability
• Excellent people management skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Organised, reliable and responsive within a fast paced environment
• Proactive, confident and resilient
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Willing to travel nationally

• Minimum requirement Marketing Degree or equivalent Business Degree
• Post-graduate qualification beneficial

• Working with the Director and Executive Management to develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
• Managing team and projects related to promotional activities across all marketing channels & product categories
• Managing the design and production of all promotional collateral
• Take full ownership of events arrangements, related project plans, attending events as required and all related operational planning requirements
• Plan and commission a wide range of engaging content for websites, social media platforms and other digital channels
• To produce creative and engaging content to maximise the impact of campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Identify, development and campaigns, projects & events in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Researching and analysing market trends and competitors
• Preparing marketing & client presentations, including board reports and presenting to key stakeholders on a monthly basis.
