Marketing Operations Specialist

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on, driven Marketing Operations Specialist to own the execution and delivery of all marketing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and ad hoc marketing requests across the business.

As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will be responsible for driving the operational engine behind our omni-channel marketing efforts and ensuring that our campaigns align with business objectives, support our product roadmap, and help achieve sales targets. You will be the go-to person for turning strategy into action, coordinating all moving parts of campaign delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of all omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on campaign activity, providing regular updates, insights, and performance dashboards to stakeholders.
• Maintain an overview of all campaign activity, ensuring alignment with business priorities and marketing strategy.
• Oversee the execution of marketing partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring they are delivered on time and to standard.

• Support corporate social investment initiatives by coordinating with CSI partners to ensure brand alignment and impactful community engagement that reflects company values and mission.
• Evaluate all sponsorship and partnership proposals to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and brand direction.
• Lead the execution of on-ground marketing initiatives and campaigns, including brand activations and product demonstrations.
• Oversee the management and distribution of all marketing collateral on a national level.
• Continuously improve marketing operations processes, systems, and workflows to enhance delivery and efficiency.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of marketing folders, ensuring efficient storage, accessibility, and version control of all creative assets.
• Triage and action ad hoc marketing requests from across the business.

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or marketing project management.
• Hands-on experience and demonstrated success in executing omni-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, ATL, retail, events, social media).
• Experience collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and sponsorship/partnership partners.
• Background in fast-paced, consumer-facing industry is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
