JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the Role

To initiate, oversee, support, and manage the delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day

Overall delivery of briefs through active team management and distribution of workload
Manage all day-to-day activities relating to the project
Ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and translate this into clear deliverables from the team
Ensure delivery of creative solutions

Teamwork

Work in partnership with the creative teams to provide excellent creative solutions at all times
Work with all departments to improve efficiencies and delivery on all accounts

Requirements

Relevant brand/marketing qualification (preferably Degree)
Preferably three+ years’ experience within an advertising or in-house marketing department
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficient in Asana

Competencies

Extremely organised
Detail-oriented
Able to balance many projects at once
Excellent communication skills
A collaborative, problem solving, team-player attitude
Comfortable working independently under pressure of tight deadlines – good time management and organisational skills
