SUMMARY:
Marketing specialist required for our established Client who provides outstanding service, quality parts and reputable repairs of mining equipment to a variety of customers. Exposure to the mining sector would be advantageous. The ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies is essential for the role.

POSITION INFO:
Job Summary:
Develops and executes marketing strategies to promote company products/services, enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Balances creativity with analytics to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research on customer needs, competitors and trends.
Manage brand consistency across platforms.
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns (digital, print, social).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for results.
Create engaging content (web, social media, blogs, newsletters, ads).
Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Implement SEO/SEM to boost online visibility.
Manage paid ads (Google Ads, social media campaigns).
Generate and nurture leads for sales conversion.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality.
Analyze market insights and report performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong marketing knowledge and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media).
Experience in content creation and campaign management.
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
