SUMMARY:
A global technical manufacturer is looking for a Marketing and Brand Manager to join their team in JHB East Rand.

POSITION INFO:
Bachelors' Degree or Diploma is required Minimun 5 - 8 years' experience in Marketing, including 3-5 years in a management or senior marketing position, preferably within a B2B, industrial, engineering, manufacturing or technical environment. Responsible for leading and developing the Marketing function of the company into a structured, commercially focused business unit that supports the strategic objectives of the company. The role is accountable for implementing the Group Brand Strategy, Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines and marketing standards across all divisions within the company. The incumbent will lead the marketing team, strengthen sales support, enhance customer engagement, drive digital marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand execution across all customer and employee touchpoints. Implementation of the Marketing Strategy aligned to business objectives. Implementation and oversight of the Group Brand Strategy and Corporate Identity (CI). Leadership and development of the Marketing team. Brand management, digital marketing and corporate communications. Planning and execution of the annual Marketing budget. Management of external agencies, suppliers and marketing service providers. Position Marketing as a strategic business partner supporting sales and all business divisions. Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints. Continuous improvement of marketing processes, systems and workflows. Support Sales through the development of customer-facing marketing material, campaigns and promotional initiatives. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media, digital campaigns and online communications. Coordinate exhibitions, customer events and corporate marketing activities. Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements based on business objectives and market trends. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all divisions. Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and brand governance requirements.
