SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a client in the FMCG sector seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Manager.

Role Overview:

The Master Data Manager will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of master data across all business systems. This role is critical in supporting data governance, compliance, and operational efficiency in a high-volume FMCG environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain product, customer, vendor, and other master data domains
Develop and enforce master data standards, policies, and procedures
Conduct regular audits and implement data cleansing strategies
Collaborate with business and IT teams to support data quality and system integration
Monitor data flows and address anomalies in a timely manner
Ensure ERP data is aligned with operational and reporting needs

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3-4 years’ experience in master data or systems management roles
Proven experience in an FMCG environment (non-negotiable)
ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
Solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance principles
