SUMMARY:

A highly skilled Master Technician (Mechanical) is required to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and technical support in a high-performance engineering environment.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

This role is suited to a top-tier technical expert who thrives on solving complex mechanical problems. You will be responsible for fault finding, maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical equipment and systems.
You’ll act as the go-to technical authority — the guy others call when things get complicated.

Education:

Trade Test in Mechanical Fitting / Diesel / Relevant discipline

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5–10 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or technical roles
Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic capability
Experience with rotating equipment, hydraulics, or heavy machinery
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices
Ability to mentor junior technicians

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
Ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
Support breakdowns and technical escalations
Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation
Provide guidance and mentorship to the technical team
