Materials Handling Manager
Germiston
R45 000 CTC Per month

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is looking for a Materials Handling Manager / Packing Manager to take responsibility for the efficient movement and flow of products through the final stages of the manufacturing process.
The role will oversee the assembly, packing, materials handling and flow of finished products through to Dispatch, ensuring that production requirements, quality standards and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment involving small industrial products, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working in an operational environment where efficiency, productivity and attention to detail are critical

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 \/ Matric Relevant qualification in Production, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics or Supply Chain will be advantageous Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Previous supervisory or management experience Experience in a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturing environment Experience managing assembly, packing, materials handling and\/or product flow Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes Good planning, organisational and problem-solving skills Consultant: Michelle Du Toit - Dante Personnel East Rand Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
