SUMMARY:
Inbound Materials Planner required for Manufacturer in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:
Materials Planner required for Manufacturing in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be accountable for the planning of Inbound materials that is required to manufacture the final product. These commodities are mostly sourced locally and will also include the production consumables. You will be required to analyse and forecast the material usage trends, keep the MRP parameters up to date and take responsibility for the Inventory Management. You will work with a SKU register of 4000+ items.

Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain field
2 Yearsâ experience in a Manufacturing environment within the Supply Chain department
2 Yearsâ experience in Inbound Materials Planning
Proficient in Syspro or relevant MRP system
Pro-active and well organised
