A leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company in the packaging industry is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in machine design to join their team in Lanseria, Johannesburg.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in designing, developing, installing, and commissioning automation systems within the food and beverage packaging sector.

Education:

• BEng Mechanical Engineering

• 0 - 3 years’ experience in designing and developing
• Fully able to design and develop on AutoCAD, Inventor and Solidworks
• Exposure in food and beverage packaging environment
• Designing and installing packaging machinery
• Developing conveyors and machinery
• Proficient with Solidworks, AutoCAD and Fusion
• Project planning, managing projects and compiling a project plan with Microsoft Projects
