My clients are a world class manufacturer of motors and generators. They specialise in the manufacturing and designing of electrical motors. Their state-of-the-art facilities sets them at the top of their field and are known throughout China, Australia and the USA for their custom-built products. They are looking to employ a dynamic Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in a similar industry. If you are an abstract thinker and has a strong technical acumen, please apply today.

Education:

Diploma / Btech/ BSc in Mechanical Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3-5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
Prepare drawings of mechanical components.
Basic design calculations would be required.
Technical support to company departments.
Reverse engineering – use of micrometers and verniers.
Must have experience and knowledge of general machinery such as milling machines, lathes and boring mills.
Experience and knowledge in different welding techniques.
Knowledge of SANS / IEC 60079 – flameproof experience
