SUMMARY:
Our client in electronics manufacturing is looking for a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Centurion

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

BTech Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Design Engineer
5 - 10 years’ experience as a product design engineer
Plastic part/mold experience
Knowledge of the principles of designing with plastics.
Excellent CAD skills, preferably CREO and AutoCAD
An understanding of the materials selection
Previous experience within a high volume manufacturing environment
Experience of designing jigs, fixtures and bespoke manufacturing equipment
The ability to design with engineering thermoplastics and metals
