JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Cape Town is one of South Africa’s leading suppliers of equipment and technical services to the packaging industry. The Company has built an excellent reputation for manufacturing and installing top quality products to enhance the productivity of their client’s plants. The Company is in the market for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Below a list of your main but not limited to job responsibilities: -

Design machines, structures, and conveyors
Supervise a team to complete projects
Costing, quoting and procurement
Liaising with customers and site visits for project scoping and measurements
Assist with mechanical design, development, review, documentation, and delivery
Project planning, updates, and reports

Requirements:

National Diploma / BTech or BEng Mechanical Engineering
Experience on Solidworks & AutoCAD
Own transport and valid license
Fully computer literate
