POSITION INFO:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of mechanical systems used in advanced defence technologies. You’ll work alongside Engineers across multiple disciplines to bring innovative, robust designs from concept to reality.

â Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
3 to 5 years of relevant mechanical design experience.
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent).
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems design.
Experience with design documentation, BOMs, and engineering change processes.
Ability to work in a high-standards, high-security environment (security clearance advantageous).

Develop detailed mechanical designs for defence-related products.
Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and testing.
Create and manage technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Interface with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and production departments.
Ensure that designs comply with military standards, reliability, and safety criteria.
