JOB SUMMARY:
A world-class manufacturing client based in the Western Cape seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer with a machine design and manufacturing background to join their team.

This position is ideally suited to an independent, self-motivated and reliable individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree and CAD experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing efficient designs; compiling assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings; implementing engineering change proposals; and providing technical supporting during the manufacturing process.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Min. 3 years’ experience in machine designing / manufacturing
Min. 2 years’ CAD experience
Computer literacy (MS Office, CAD)
Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
