Mechanical Draughtsman
Benoni
R40 000 CTC per month

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Draughtsman with strong design and technical skills to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be proficient in SolidEdge and AutoCAD, with the ability to carry out reverse engineering, prepare detailed drawings, and perform mechanical assessments. A background in power transmissions, clutches, couplings, and industrial gear units is essential

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

5+ years’ experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman.
Proficiency in SolidEdge | SolidWorks and AutoCAD (essential).
Strong ability to use measuring equipment for accurate technical assessments.
Experience in reverse engineering of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Knowledge of power transmissions, clutches, couplings, and industrial gear units.
Strong reporting and technical writing skills (failure analysis and assessment reports).
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
