Bring designs to life! ð ï¸ Seeking a Mechanical Draughtsman, in Randburg, with precision and creativity.

POSITION INFO:
An established engineering solutions provider is looking for a skilled Mechanical Draughtsman to join their team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically strong, and confident in producing high-quality designs for manufacturing and engineering projects.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Relevant mechanical design qualification (Draughting/Mechanical Engineering Diploma or similar)
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical draughting
Strong knowledge of manufacturing drawings, tolerances, and fabrication standards
Based in Randburg or surrounding areas

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Produce accurate 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for components and assemblies
Collaborate with Engineers to develop solutions for custom requirements
Revise and update technical drawings as required by the project scope
Prepare BOMs and technical documentation for production teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Support the production and engineering teams with technical input
