POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Draughting 3 to 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or industrial design environment (preferred) Knowledge of, and experience working with, sheet metal Knowledge of engineering drawings, standards, and manufacturing processes Industrial air-conditioning and refrigeration knowledge HVAC knowledge advantageous Reverse engineering and 3D drawing software experience Experience working on Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Solid Works Responsibilities: Maintain and update the catalogue and OEM drawing databases Produce accurate, high-quality drawings that meet Customer requirements and internal standards Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings based on engineering specifications Redraw existing AutoCAD drawings into accurate 3D models Ensure timely completion of design tasks according to the production schedule Minimise drawing revisions by ensuring accuracy on the first attempt Measure and interpret Customer samples correctly and efficiently Assist Senior Draughtsman in creating and compiling manufacturing drawing packs Ensure compliance with departmental and organisational quality systems and standards Collaborate effectively with other departments to support cross-functional design needs Collaborate effectively with other departments to support cross-functional design needs TO APPLY: Only if you meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.
