Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mechanical engineering expertise focused on asset integrity for stationary equipment in refinery, NGLF, or petrochemical plants.
- Perform calculations and assessments for piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and fire heaters.
- Ensure strict adherence to ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, and ISO standards.
- Support major turnarounds, shutdowns, and troubleshoot field operations.
- Conduct fitness-for-service evaluations and supervise equipment modifications.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in piping design, repairs, and pressure vessel re-ratings.
- Provide advanced technical support for hydrocarbon leak repairs, welding, and mechanical assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects
- At least 5–10 years of hands-on field experience in turnarounds and troubleshooting
- Certifications such as ASME, API-510, API-570, API-653 are preferred
- Strong knowledge of asset integrity management, pressure vessels, and piping design
- Proficiency in engineering software and mechanical calculations
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to lead technical investigations and evaluations
